Refund Policy

We do not accept any refunds unless the product is faulty.

  •  Due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any cosmetics or nail products.
  •  If on the unfortunate event that your product is unsatisfactory on arrival, you must notify us within 10 days and we will offer an exchange for the same product.
  • Please contact us via email: info@sissofficial.co.uk with pictures of your faulty goods and we will process the exchange as soon as possible.
