Refund Policy
We do not accept any refunds unless the product is faulty.
- Due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any cosmetics or nail products.
- If on the unfortunate event that your product is unsatisfactory on arrival, you must notify us within 10 days and we will offer an exchange for the same product.
- We do not offer refunds for packages that are unable to be delivered. You must provide us with an email and contact number that can be used by UPS to update you on your package's scheduled delivery.
