Refund Policy

We do not accept any refunds unless the product is faulty.

Due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any cosmetics or nail products.
If on the unfortunate event that your product is unsatisfactory on arrival, you must notify us within 10 days and we will offer an exchange for the same product.
Please contact us via email: info@sissiofficial.co.uk with pictures of your faulty goods and we will process the exchange as soon as possible.
